- Hold the gaming licence for each market you operate in and meet its regulatory, KYC and responsible-gambling requirements. Octhera is a B2B technology supplier and does not offer gambling to consumers.
- Deciding which sports and markets to offer in each jurisdiction
- Setting your margins, limits and risk appetite
- Player accounts, player funds and customer support on your own platform. If you take Turnkey, which of these the platform provides tooling for is agreed in your contract; legal responsibility stays with you as the licensed operator
